About us

At Surell Solutions we are constantly working to provide our clients with the highest possible levels of service. Our staff are open and approachable and have over thirty five years worth of experience between them in the fields of Dentistry as well as Information Technology. We take pride in our work to produce products that are not only easy to use, but also brilliant in design and wonderful in function.

We have spent our last five years listening to dentists from the newly qualified those close to retirement. We asked them for their thoughts and their views; their aspirations as well as their reservations. From the information we acquired we created a product to meet their needs, a product which is truly unique in its benefits. We know that listening is the most important aspect of communication and for us it is an ongoing process of development. Each of our ideas are modified and customised in the best way possible so as to create products which dentists want to use all day, every day.

We know that, irrespective of a dentist’s level of experience, receiving a complaint is a horrible event that could have disastrous repercussions. That is why using Gabby is hugely important in giving dentists peace of mind, by giving a real time statistical break down that could not only help assess the quality of the notes but any weaknesses that may be present.

Our customer support team take huge pride in talking to each dentist about every aspect of the software.

Greg Pierre

Greg graduated from Kings College Dental School in 2001. He currently works at a mixed dental practice in London seeing both NHS and Private patients. In 2004 he gained the post-graduate diploma of MFGDP UK which recognises an additional level of study and commitment to dentistry. In 2006 he embarked on further Dental training at the Eastman Dental Institute in Dental Implantology.

Greg and his committed team practice minimally invasive dentistry where both pre-treatment assessment and post-treatment care are handled with the same high level of skill and attention as the dental procedure itself.

His interest in the art form of a  Dental complaint, began 5 years ago when he noticed a change in the industry in the early stages of what we now call the Credit Crunch. This period of financial uncertainty created the spark and his research, understanding and development commenced from there. This led to him taking his post graduate education one step further by acquiring a Post-graduate certificate qualification in Dental Law and Ethics at the University of Bedfordshire in July 2015.
